The investigation of the international scientific team appointed by the World Health Organisation into the origins of the pandemic has just concluded in Wuhan, China. It was carried out by scientists from all over the world, but at the end of it Tedros Ghebreyesus, the WHO Director-General, said that on the origin of the virus "all hypotheses remain open". More than a year of waiting and months of preparation, but the answers to the biggest health catastrophe of the century are still missing. PresaDiretta was able to interview one of the members of the international team, Dominic Dwyer, a microbiologist at the University of Sydney, and to reconstruct through exclusive testimonies and unpublished documents what happened during the 27 days of the WHO-China joint mission.
